Editorial Policy
The standards behind our supplement reviews and comparison pages.
Reviewed October 2, 2026
Our editorial rules
- We do not claim personal use unless that experience actually exists and is documented.
- We separate seller claims from independent evidence.
- We do not invent dosages, testimonials, certifications, prices or clinical outcomes.
- We distinguish ingredient-level evidence from finished-product evidence.
- We do not treat a supplement as a substitute for medical care.
- We correct material factual errors when identified.
- Commercial pages can contain affiliate links, but the affiliate relationship does not change these rules.
How comparisons are written
Comparison pages focus on intended use, disclosed formulas, directions, testing/certification claims, current pricing where relevant, and evidence category. We avoid declaring a universal winner where products answer different use cases or no direct comparative trial exists.
Update cadence
Commercial claims, prices and policies can change quickly. Pages show a review date and should be rechecked when merchant terms change or Search Console data reveals a query that depends on fresher facts.
